CONCENTRATION of Са2+, K+, Nа+ AND THEIR RATIO IN THE ORGANA GENITALIA SCROTUM BOVINA

Abstract
The research results indicate the presence of different concentrations in the scrotum tissue of Са2+ – 5–10, K+ – 42–181, Nа+ – 112–278 mM and their ratio of Nа+:Са2+ – 14–37:1, K+:Са2+ – 8–20:1 and Nа+:K+ – 1–4:1. We assume that different content ratio of Са2+, K+, Nа+might coordinate protective, thermal regulatory, trophic, reproductive and transport functions of genitalia, define relationships between ions and characteristics of their homeostasis in tissues.
