Анотація

In recent years it has been found that milk proteins are precursors of many biologically active peptides. Since bioactive peptides of varying types may be formed from various fractions of milk proteins, the very important question is the purifications of these fractions. It is proposed to use preparative version of electrophoretic system to obtain in one step of process the electrophoretic pure precursors of bioactive peptides.
