ЮРИДИЧНИЙ ПЕРЕКЛАД У ПРОГРАМІ ПІДГОТОВКИ ПОЛЬСЬКО-УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ПЕРЕКЛАДАЧІВ – ВИМОГА ЧАСУ

Анотація


     У статті розглядається проблема вивченості польсько-українського і українсько-польського юридичного перекладу українськими і польськими перекладознавцями та представленість юридичного перекладу як освітнього компоненту у фаховій підготовці перекладачів з польської. В праці висвітлюється ситуація з недостатнім методичним забезпеченням курсу практики юридичного перекладу в українських вишах. Зроблені пропозиції щодо етапів опрацювання методичного забезпечення цього курсу, які випливають з багаторічного досвіду підготовки польсько-українських перекладачів, накопиченого в ННІ іноземних мов Черкаського національного університету імені Богдана Хмельницького.
