ПРОФЕСОР ВОЛОДИМИР ПАВЛОВИЧ ЧОРНІЙ: ЖИТТЯ І ТВОРЧА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ
Анотація
Стаття є даниною пам’яті відомому українському славісту, професору кафедри історії Центральної та Східної Європи, директору Інституту славістики Львівського національного університету імені Івана Франка, багаторічному відповідальному редактору “Проблем слов’янознавства”, фундатору та голові оргкомітету Міжнародного славістичного колоквіуму Володимиру Павловичу Чорнію. На основі широкого кола джерел – “Автобіографічних нотаток”, родинного архіву, усних спогадів рідних та колег, а також низки інших матеріалів – зроблено першу спробу поглибленого висвітлення основних етапів життєвого і творчого шляху вченого. Проаналізовано наукову спадщину Володимира Павловича й окреслено її роль у розвитку української славістичної науки. Приділено увагу різним напрямам науково-організаційної та викладацької роботи професора, принагідно розкрито особливості його світогляду і вдачі.
