УКРАЇНСЬКЕ ПИТАННЯ У ПУБЛІЦИСТИЦІ СТАНІСЛАВА БУКОВЕЦЬКОГО

Анотація


     У статті аналізуються погляди польського правника та політичного діяча Станіслава Буковецького на українське питання у міжвоєнний час. Проаналізова-но його геополітичну складову, яка полягала в тому, що існування незалежної Української держави сприятиме посиленню безпеки Польщі, яка таким чином уникне небезпечного сусідства – Росії. Виокремлено внутрішньополітичний ас-пект проблеми: виважену політику польських урядів загалом щодо національних меншин політик вважав суттєвим чинником для існування сильної Польської держави, тому був прихильником надання Східній Галичині територіальної авто-номії. Акцентовано на переконанні С. Буковецького, що польська політична програма повинна базуватися на визнанні прав індивідів і національностей із необхід-ним громадянським обов’язком їх відповідальності за державу.
