ВПЛИВ Т. Ґ. МАСАРИКА НА ФОРМУВАННЯ ВНУТРІШНЬОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ЧЕХОСЛОВАЧЧИНИ У 1918–1919 рр.
Анотація
У статті розкривається роль першого президента Чехословацької республіки Т. Ґ. Масарика у формуванні головних напрямів внутрішньої політики країни у 1918–1919 рр. Висвітлюється концепція гуманної демократії, його переконаність у взаємозв’язку різних сторін функціонування суспільства, у необхідності високого розвитку економіки, соціальної захищеності людини, забезпечення державою можливостей для становлення всебічно розвиненої особистості, політично свідомого громадянина. Підкреслюється, що суттєвим моментом для встановлення стабільності нової держави стало рішення Т. Ґ. Масарика обрати позицію надпартійного лідера, його прихильність до виваженої центристської політики і прагнення до досягнення компромісу між політичними силами для зміцнення республіки. Найбільший вплив Т. Ґ. Масарика у чехословацькій внутрішній політиці проявився у суспільній демократизації, розвитку інституту президентства, створенні армії, розробці основ політики стосовно національних меншин, здійсненні соціальних реформ, розвитку культурно-освітньої сфери. Стверджується, що у перші роки становлення ЧСР Т. Ґ. Масарик уникав радикального розв’язання національного питання. Загалом внутрішня політика 1918–1919 рр., яка мала соціально-реформістський характер, заклала основу подальшого розвитку Чехословаччини.
