СТРАТЕГІЯ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ ДЛЯ РЕГІОНУ БАЛТІЙСЬКОГО МОРЯ:  ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ СПІВПРАЦІ

Анотація


Досліджено міжнародне співробітництво в регіоні Балтійського моря в рамках макрорегіональної стратегії Європейського Союзу щодо зазначеного регіону. Проаналізовано основні напрями, структуру та механізми реалізації стратегії, що дає підставу зробити висновок про експериментальний та інноваційний характер стратегії. Загалом нова концепція макрорегіонального співробітництва в регіоні Балтійського моря полягає в комплексному підході до розвитку регіону як цілісного об’єднання, а не як адміністративної одиниці, в рамках якої діють різні схеми співробітництва.
