ГОЛОДОМОР – УКРАЇНСЬКИЙ ГЕНОЦИД

Анотація


Розглянуто міжнародно-правову оцінку голодомору в Україні 1932–1933 років. Досліджено кваліфікацію голодомору у рішеннях міжнародних організацій з точки зору основних принципів міжнародного права.

Ключові слова: голодомор; геноцид; злочин проти людяності.

 

Article considers international legal assessment of the Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932–1933. Investigated the Holodomor in the decisions of international organizations, such as Baltic Assembly, General Assembly of the United Nations, European Parliament, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Investigated the Holodomor in terms of the basic principles of international law. The author has analyzed the ruling of Kiev’s Court of Appeal on 13 January2010 inwhich the court found Stalin, Molotov, Kaganovich, Kosior, Postyshev and other Bolshevik leaders guilty of genocide against the Ukrainians and insist that such qualification of Holodomor corresponds to the norms of general international law
