ОДЕРЖАННЯ КОЛОЇДНИХ РОЗЧИНІВ НАНОЧАСТИНОК ПЕРОВСКІТУ CsPbBrТА ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЇХ ЛЮМІНЕСЦЕНТНИХ ВЛАСТИВОСТЕЙ

Анотація


Досліджено вплив вмісту олеїламіну на оптичні властивості та розмір наночастинок перовскіту CsPbBr3, синтезованих методом LARP із використанням відповідних монокристалів, диметилформаміду, олеїнової кислоти та етилбензену як антирозчинника. Отримані наночастинки CsPbBr3  усіх складів характеризуються високою інтенсивністю фотолюмінесценції та можуть бути використані як перспективні люмінесцентні матеріали для оптоелектронних застосувань. Зі збільшенням вмісту олеїламіну в складі розчину прекурсору відбувається збільшення розмірів наночастинок та простежується гіпсохромний зсув максимумів випромінювання з 517 до 508 нм, що пов’язано зі зменшенням дефектності їх поверхні.
