ВПЛИВ ЕФІРНИХ ОЛІЙ ЛІКАРСЬКИХ РОСЛИН ЯК ФІТОГЕННИХ КОРМОВИХ ДОБАВОК НА ГЕМАТОЛОГІЧНИЙ ПРОФІЛЬ КРОЛІВ ЗА ТЕПЛОВОГО СТРЕСУ

Анотація


В умовах високих температур довкілля (28,9–30 °C) кролі не здатні ефективно забезпечувати терморегуляцію, що спричиняє розвиток сильного теплового стресу. Це призводить до зниження продуктивності, зростання загибелі поголів’я та порушення процесів гомеостазу через надмірне утворення активних форм Оксигену. Традиційні кормові добавки є недостатньо ефективними для нівелювання цих наслідків. Ефірні олії (ЕО) лікарських рослин, багаті на фенольні сполуки, мають потужний антиоксидантний, протизапальний та імуномодулюючий потенціал, що робить їх перспективними біодобавками для пом’якшення негативного впливу теплового стресу. Це дослідження спрямоване на вивчення змін гематологічного профілю молодняку кролів-аналогів породи термонська біла в умовах сильного теплового стресу (температурно-вологісний індекс 29,2−29,3) за впливу ЕО Сalendula officinalis, Thymus serpyllum і Lavandula angustifolia як біоактивних добавок у складі стандартного раціону. Для дослідження тварин розділили на контрольну і три дослідні групи, які додатково отримували ЕО: C. officinalis (60 мг/0,6 кг корму), T. serpyllum (78 мг/0,6 кг корму) і L. angustifolia (60 мг/0,6 кг корму). Тривалість введення ЕО 30 діб. З 35-ї доби до 50-ї доби – 15 діб і з 50-ї доби до 65-ї доби – 15 діб. Аналіз крові для визначення гематологічних параметрів кролів проведено на 50-ту і 65-ту доби життя кролів. Встановлено, що додаткове додавання ЕО лікарських рослин до стандартного комбікорму забезпечило позитивну динаміку гематологічних показників кролів. ЕО C. officinalis, T. serpyllum і L. angustifolia виявились ефективними фітогенними добавками, здатними знизити негативний вплив теплового стресу, що підтверджують зміни показників периферичної крові кролів. Найбільш виражений позитивний вплив продемонструвала ЕО C. officinalis, що проявилось у вірогідному підвищенні рівня еритроцитів (p<0,01), гемоглобіну (p<0,05), середнього вмісту гемоглобіну в одному еритроциті (p<0,05), у зростанні відносного вмісту моноцитів (p<0,001−0,01) та зниженні загального вмісту лейкоцитів (p<0,05−0,01) і лімфоцитів (p<0,05). Додавання всіх трьох ЕО сприяло активації моноцитарно-макрофагальної ланки імунітету й компенсаторній реакції тромбоцитопоезу (зростання середнього об’єму тромбоцитів p<0,01). ЕО C. officinalis виявилася найперспективнішою для зниження оксидативного навантаження та підтримання еритропоезу.
