Мовні потенціали як цивілізаційна основа комунікаційноконтентного спротиву агресору

Анотація

Background. The use of the national language in Ukraine during the active confrontation with its eternal enemy (Russian imperial regime) in current conditions is gaining importance and requires a higher level of national security. Russian aggressions against Ukraine is largely carried out by means of Russian language. Moreover, for this purpose Kremlin applies creative approaches and mechanisms (technologies).

Purpose. The authors show the possibilities of the communication-and-content potential of the Ukrainian language in confrontation with the global hybrid aggressor – the Putin’s regime of the Russian Federation.

Results. The result proves the necessity of legislative fixing of the constitutional category of national language, fixing clear and modern terminology in the National Language Development Strategy. Current scale of the geostrategic polygons and means of hybrid-messianic aggression of the Putin regime have got the quality of the global threat, in sociolinguistic and linguistic-conceptual dimensions. Ukraine is an obvious polygon (shooting range) of Russian hybrid aggression with wide application of language opportunities (technologies). Therefore, improvement of the linguistic (content) aspects (means) of our resistance against Kremlin has to be in the focus of Ukraine, Europe and other world efforts.
