Proximity of the entire functions of zero order with υ-density of zeros

The behavior of the difference of logarithms of the entire functions of zero order, whose zeros have equal modules and have density with respect to slowly increasing function $\upsilon$, and the arguments of zeros differ by a small number, is investigated.
