DEFICIENCIES OF MEROMORPHIC FUNCTIONS IN A PUNCTURED PLANE

Let $f$ be a meromorphic function defined in the punctured plane $\mathrm{ℂ}\backslash \left\{0\right\}$. In this paper we study the problem of possible deficient values and magnitudes of appropriate defects of meromorphic functions in the punctured plane $\mathrm{ℂ}\backslash \left\{0\right\}$. The definition of the deficiency for meromorphic function in the punctured plane is given. The certain relationship that concerns deficiencies of meromorphic function $f$ is established. Nevanlinna problem for meromorphic functions in the punctured plane is considered.
