Анотація

Досліджено ознаки, складові елементи, засади формування і функціонування світової та європейської систем освітньо-наукового простору, а також кегель моделей освіти. Запро­поновано створення світової асоціації закладів вищої освіти і принципів її функціонування.

The model of International Association of the higher education institutions has been proposed as the only legislation authority of the world system of educational and research area.

The basic principles of its activity on the basis of integration of different educational systems have been presented. The work characterizes the assessment criteria as to the introduction of the only educational professional qualification and presenting the diplomas of the only international standart.
