Анотація


Розглянуто проблеми теорій мотивації. Подано визначення мотивації, розглянуто різновиди теорій мотивації. Мотивація притаманна людині у будь-якій  сфері діяльності  в  суспільстві. Крім того, можна простежити мотивацію у психологічній, поведінковій та когнітивній сферах. Розрізняють також свідому та несвідому мотивації. Мотивація – це внутрішній поштовх для того, щоб поводитися або діяти певним чином. Ці внутрішні рушійні сили, такі як бажання, прагнення та цілі, спонукають рухатися в певному напрямі і поводитися певним чином.

Розглянуто такі теорії мотивації: інстинктивна, спонукальна, мотивація драйву, мотивація пробудження, гуманістична теорія, теорія А. Маслова, теорія Ф. Герсберга, теорія Альдерферга, теорія самовизначення, мотивація досягнення, теорія бажань, мотивація заохочення, бізнес-мотивація.

Ключові слова: психологічна мотивація; поведінкова мотивація; когнітивна мотивація; соціальна мотивація; свідома, несвідома, емоційна мотивації.

 

The article deals with the problems of motivation. The definition of motivation is given, different kinds of motivation theories are carried out. Motivation is inherent to a person in any sphere of activity in the society. Moreover, it is possible to trace motivation in psychological, behavioural and cognitive spheres. There is also distinction between conscious and unconscious motivation. Motivation is an inner impulse to behave in a certain way. These inner driving forces are: wishes, desires and aims, which imply moving in a certain direction and behaving in a certain way.

Motivation is a driving force, which directs us to achieving goals. This is something that encourages us to take decisions. Forces which make the basis of motivation may be biological, social, emotional and cognitive by its nature.

The article gives the analysis of the following motivation theories: instinct theory, incentive theory, drive theory, arousal theory, humanistic theory, theory of A. Maslow, theory of F. Gersberg, theory of Alderferg, theory of self-determination, theory of achievements, theory of desires, theory of encouragement, business theory.
