In the article the most actual questions of administrative activity are reflected in the field of the real estate, basic directions of
property administration are analysed and strategy of management development of organizations is offered. The structural model of
preparation and making administrative decisions is built from development of organizations. Considerable attention is spared the
problems of efficiency of property administration.
