АНАЛІЗ РІВНЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ РЕГІОНІВ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

The article deals with the issues of development and interaction of regions of Ukraine in the context of the policy of regional development of the state. Excessive uneven regional development can lead to increased imbalances and exacerbate economic, political and social problems. It is stated that state regulation of economic development of the regions requires constant analysis and monitoring of the state and potential of the region in accordance with the current conditions. Assessing the level of competitiveness of regions is faced with the need to jointly analyze many heterogeneous economic indicators.

The main criteria by which I can give an objective assessment of the state of development of the region of the state are determined. These include: gross regional product per capita, capital investment index, disposable income per capita, volume of industrial output per capita, agricultural output index, commodity export per capita, retail trade volume .

The economic development of the regions in dynamics is determined on the basis of the taxonomic analysis, the main indicators that have the greatest impact on its changes are identified and trends and problems are identified.

The main directions of the state regulation of socio-economic regional development are determined to solve the existing problems in the regions.

The diversity of regional development, a high number of problems lead to great complexity of state regulation of regional development. Therefore, the task of forging a balanced government policy becomes particularly relevant. The public regulation of the economic development of the regions requires permanent analysis and monitoring. The article defines the main trends of economic development of the regions at the current stage of state development and analysis the state of regional economic development using the taxonomic method. The analysis has highlighted the rating of regions of Ukraine by major economic indicators for the period 2014-2018 and to divide into seven groups.  The main vectors of reforming state regulation of economic development of Ukrainian regions are presented in the article.
