СПЕКТРОФОТОМЕТРІЯ 3-(2-ГІДРОКСИ-НАФТАЛЕН-1-ІЛ-АЗО)-1-МЕТИЛ-1Н-ПІРАЗОЛ-4-ЕТИЛКАРБОКСИЛАТУ

Анотація


Уперше досліджено спектральні характеристики гетероциклічного азобарвника 3-(2-гідрокси-нафтален-1-іл-азо)-1-метил-1Н-піразол-4-етилкарбоксилату, який є представником нового класу піразолілазореагентів. Досліджено залежність спектраль­них характеристик 3-(2-гідрокси-нафтален-1-іл-азо)-1-метил-1Н-піразол-4-етилкарбокси­лату від кислотності середовища у водно-етанольних розчинах, а також від типу органічного розчинника, розраховано значення ефективних молярних коефіцієнтів. Розроблено чутливі методики спектрофотометричного визначення азореагента за власним світлопоглинанням у середовищі діоксану (Сн = 2,5·10-7 М), 3-метилбутанолу-1 (Сн = 1,3·10-6 М) та дихлорметану (Сн = 6,7·10-7 М). Лінійність аналітичного сигналу для усіх спектрофотометричних методик перевищує один концентраційний порядок.
