ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВПЛИВУ α-ТОКОФЕРОЛУ НА СТАН ПЕРОКСИДНОГО ОКИСНЕННЯ ЛІПІДІВ І АНТИОКСИДАНТНУ СИСТЕМУ ЗАХИСТУ В МОЗКУ ДІАБЕТИЧНИХ ЩУРІВ В ОНТОГЕНЕЗІ

Анотація

The aim was to study the impact of α - tocopherol on systems of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense in brain old rat with streptozotocin – induced diabetes. Experimental diabetes mellitus is characterized by development of behavioral deficiency and disturbance of mnestic functions, by accumulation of lipid peroxidation products in brain, most significantly. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of α-tocopherol in the prevention of oxidative stress in old rats with diabetes.
