ЦИТОПРОТЕКТИВНІ ЕФЕКТИ ПРЕПАРАТУ ПОДВІЙНОГО ІНГІБУВАННЯ ЦИКЛООКСИГЕНАЗИ ТА ЛІПООКСИГЕНАЗИ, ЩО ВИВІЛЬНЯЄ H2S У ТОНКІЙ КИШЦІ НА ТЛІ МЕДИКАМЕНТОЗНИХ ЕНТЕРИТІВ

Анотація

Medication-induced enteritis (metothrexate- and indometacine-induced) were accompanied by similar biochemical changes in small intestine: decrease in H2S concentration, development of oxidative stress, the increase of myeloperoxydase activity and the considerable increase in iNOS activity. Introduction of 2C3DHTA on the background of medication-induced enteritis demonstrated cytoprotective action and returned most of studies parameters to their control leves. Thus in our study we showed, that H2S released from compound 2C3DHTA was involved in mechanisms cytoprotection in small intestine.
