ПЕРЕБІГ ОКИСНО-ВІДНОВНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ У СЕЛЕЗІНЦІ БІЛИХ ЩУРІВ В УМОВАХ ІНДУКОВАНОГО КАНЦЕРОГЕНЕЗУ

Анотація

The research conducted on animals with simulated carcinogenesis and application of cytostatic therapy showed significant disturbances in oxidation-reduction balances towards increase in oxidation processes in spleen tissue. Depth statistical analysis of biochemical parameters confirmed increase of TBA-active products concentration,  hydroperoxides of lipids and decreased activity of antioxidant enzymes (catalase, superoxide dismutase).
