ОСОБЛИВОСТІ АКТИВНОСТІ NO-СИНТАЗИ У СЛИЗОВІЙ ОБОЛОНЦІ ТОВСТОЇ КИШКИ ЩУРІВ ЗА УМОВ ВВЕДЕННЯ ГІДРОГЕНСУЛЬФІДУ НАТРІЮ НА ТЛІ КОЛІТУ

Анотація

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) generates significant interest among scientists because it, as one of the gas mediators, has vasodilatator, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. We used sodium hydrogen sulfide, which was administered at doses 1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg to investigate the influence of H2S on the development of inflammation in the colon. The presence of cytoprotective properties of sodium hydrogen sulfide at a dose 1 mg/kg and proinflammatory effect caused by administration of a dose of 10 mg/kg was found.
