ВПЛИВ АГМАТИНУ НА СТАН СИСТЕМИ АНТИОКСИДАНТНОГО ЗАХИСТУ І СИСТЕМИ L-АРГІНІН/ОКСИД НІТРОГЕНУ В ЛЕЙКОЦИТАХ ЗА УМОВ ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОГО ЦУКРОВОГО ДІАБЕТУ

Анотація

It was investigated the effect of agmatine on the state of antioxidant system under the conditions of diabetes mellitus. It is shown that the injection of this bioamine to rats with diabetes leads to reduced NOS activity and increased levels of nitrates. We assume that the effect of agmatine may be mediated by property of agmatine as an inhibitor NOS. Injection of agmatine to animals with diabetes mellitus enhances antioxidant enzyme activity in leukocytes and reduces contents of oxidative stress products.
