Анотація

It was shown that aging led to change of enzyme activity in the tissue homogenates of the kidneys. Studies have shown the increase in activity of LDH and GTP in the tissue homogenates of the kidneys of Mongolian gerbils after 2 years of life, which adversely affects the functional activity of this organ.
