ІНУЛІНАЗНА ТА ЛЕВАНАЗНА АКТИВНІСТЬ У БЕЗКЛІТИННОМУ ЕКСТРАКТІ БАКТЕРІЙ РУБЦЯ ОВЕЦЬ

Анотація

It was done the determination of the activity of inulinase and levanase in extracellular extract of sheep rumen bacteria, which within twentyone days were fed with natural fructanes and clinoptiolite sorbent. As a result of searches it was found an increased activity of inulinase under conditions of animals feeding with inulin and levane as well as for the actions of levanase and levane. It was observed the increase of inulinase and levanase activities throughout the period of feeding under the influence of sorbent.
