СТРУКТУРНО-ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ЛІПОПОЛІСАХАРИДІВ ESCHERICHIA COLI ТА PANTOEAE AGGLOMERANS

Анотація

Chemical and serological characterization of Pantoea agglomerans lipopolysaccharides indicate on immunochemical heterogeneity of tested strains which were divided into five serogroups. On the basis of Esсherichia coli 126 O-specific polysaccharide structure of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) it was shown that the strain tested belongs to serogroup O15. By using SDS-PAGE it was established the typical for S-forms of LPS bimodal distribution.
