ДИНАМІКА ПОЛІМЕРИЗАЦІЇ АКТИНОВИХ ФІЛАМЕНТІВ ЛЕЙКОЦИТІВ ЗА УМОВ ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОГО ЦУКРОВОГО ДІАБЕТУ У РАЗІ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ ЛЕКТИНОМ WGA
Анотація
The process of actin polymerization in leukocytes was investigated after their pre-incubation with sialo-specific wheat germ lectin (WGA) during 30 s, 1 and 3 minutes in both healthy rats and model animals with experimentally induced diabetes mellitus (EDM). It was shown that pre-incubation of leukocytes with WGA lectin leads to the formation of the answer at the 1st minute and depolymerization of actin at the 3d minute in animals with EDM, but the degree of actin polymerization was significantly lower than in the leukocytes of the healthy animals.
