The
isothermal cross-section of the phase diagram of the ternary
Mo‒Pd‒Ge system at 600°C was constructed based on X-ray diffraction
and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The formation of solid solutions
based on the binary compound MoGe2 with structure type PbCl2 (Pearson symbol oP12, space
group Pnma)
and the binary compound PdGe with structure type FeAs (oP8, Pnma) was established.
