Phase equilibria in the reciprocal system CuGaS₂+CuInSe₂DCuGaSe₂+CuInS₂ were investigated by differential thermal and X‑ray phase analyses. The isothermal section of the system at 870 K was constructed. The region of existence of the α‑solid solution range of the system components with chalcopyrite structure was determined. The vertical sections CuGaS₂–CuGaSe₂ and CuGaS₂–CuInSe₂ were constructed from DTA data.
