The system Cu2S-In2S3-CdS was studied
by X-ray powder diffraction and differential thermal analysis. This system is
characterized by a considerable CdS solid solution along the СuInS2-CdS section and by a complite solid solution in the СuIn5S8-CdIn2S4 section.
