СИНТЕТИЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОДЕРЖАННЯ ГЕТЕРИЛЗАМІЩЕНИХ 1,3,4-ТІАДІАЗОЛІВ ЯК БІОЛОГІЧНО АКТИВНИХ СПОЛУК
Анотація
На основі проведеного літературного огляду систематизовано дані про методи одержання, можливі напрями хімічної модифікації та фармакологічну активність гетероциклічних систем на основі 1,3,4-тіадіазолу. З’ясовано, що зазначений скафолд як основний структурний компонент наявний у низці категорій лікарських засобів, а також відомих антимікробних, протизапальних, анальгетичних, протипухлинних, проти-туберкульозних та противірусних агентів. Така суттєва та різностороння активність похідних тіадіазолу допомагає розглядати наведений каркас як фармакологічно значущий, що підтверджує його значення та універсальність у медичній хімії.
