СИСТЕМИ TbNiIn1-xMx (M = Al, Ge, Sb)

Анотація


Взаємодію компонентів у системах TbNiIn1-xMx(M = Al, Ge, Sb) досліджено рентгенівським фазовим та EDX аналізами у повному концентраційному інтервалі при 873 K. Визначено характер розчинності четвертого компонента у вихідних сполуках, межі твердих розчинів та уточнено параметри елементарних комірок. Методом монокристала уточнено кристалічну структуру сполуки TbNiIn0,28Al0,72: структурний тип ZrNiAl, просторова група P-62m, a = 0,71452(6), c = 0,38394(3) нм, R1 = 0,0152, 307 відбить hkl, 15 уточнюваних параметрів. Обговорено результати взаємодії компонентів у досліджених системах.
